Modern organizations move fast. Most leadership models haven't kept up.

There's a gap between the leadership most people were trained for and the conditions they actually work in. These are the patterns that show up most — not as personal failures, but as system realities that require a different level of understanding.

01

Invisible Workload

Systems and structures shape outcomes in ways that aren't always visible, until the weight becomes impossible to ignore.

02

Emotional Reactivity

In high-pressure environments, stress moves through teams quietly, shaping behavior, eroding trust, and building toward burnout.

03

Decision Friction

When roles and decision rights are unclear, accountability becomes diffuse and execution slows, even with capable people involved.

04

Leadership Isolation

The pressure to "have the answers" makes honest diagnosis harder, and creates distance exactly when connection matters most.

Education that reflects how organizations actually work.

ZIAversity is the educational spine of the ZIA ecosystem. Not a collection of tactics, but a grounded investigation into the forces that shape leadership and team behavior. Four core lenses. One coherent point of view.

Led by Jonathan Bonanno, every cohort translates rigorous organizational psychology into practical frameworks leaders can actually use, on the day they leave the session.

01

Authority

How leadership is held, challenged, or avoided, and what that reveals about your system.

02

Roles

How clarity, or the lack of it, shapes performance, ownership, and accountability.

03

Stress

How pressure narrows thinking and moves through teams in ways that aren't always obvious.

04

Decision-Making

How judgment shifts as stakes rise, and what structures protect it under complexity.

Ph.D. (C), M.S. — Industrial & Organizational Psychologist

Over a decade working at the intersection of organizational psychology, executive leadership, and high-performance team development. Jonathan's work bridges research and lived reality, translating complex human dynamics into frameworks that leaders can actually work with.

His approach is grounded in the belief that leadership clarity isn't about certainty. It's about developing the capacity to read systems, hold complexity, and make better decisions in the conditions that exist, not the conditions we wish for.

Four Cohorts. One Coherent Journey.

Each cohort builds on the previous one — creating a comprehensive arc through the psychological and structural dimensions of leadership. Enroll in one or commit to the full journey.

  • Founders, directors, managers, and team leads carrying real responsibility
  • Leaders who want deeper clarity, not surface-level solutions

Frequently Asked

Is this only for executives?
No. ZIAversity is designed for any leader with real responsibility for systems, from founders to team leads. If you're responsible for people and decisions, this program was built for you.
Is it self-paced or live?
It's a hybrid model. Each cohort features live, facilitated sessions with Jonathan, designed for deep discussion and real-time learning, supported by recorded content for continued reflection after the session.
What if I miss a session?
Recorded content is available for all participants. That said, the live cohort experience is designed around real-time dialogue and group learning, so attendance makes a meaningful difference in what you take away.
Can ZIAversity connect to our broader organizational work?
Yes. Many leaders pair ZIAversity with our Virtual/Hybrid Talent solution when the clarity they develop in the program reveals the need for embedded support to put it into practice across their teams.
Can I enroll in just one cohort?
Absolutely. Each cohort stands on its own and delivers value independently. The full arc across all four creates a more comprehensive journey, but you can start wherever it makes most sense for your current season of leadership.
